How do we book you?
Once you’ve decided that you like our style and that we’re available, we can put together a contract for you. Since we only accept one wedding a day, we do require a retainer (50%) to hold the date for you. The retainer is non-refundable since we will be turning away other potential clients.
What do you not record?
Most of the family formal photo sessions after the ceremony. It’s a time for the photographers to capture the group photos which we do not need for video. We usually take that time after the ceremony to set up for the reception, capture reception details and candid shots of the guests.
We also don’t record when guests are eating. No one wants to see that…
Can you split up your hours of coverage?
Generally we do not split up our hours. Once we start, the coverage is continuous. For special circumstances, please inquire and we’d be happy to work something out.
Do you provide coverages under 5 hours for video?
The Highlight Film that we create require tons of energy and time. We find that it’s always very difficult to create an adequate story with limited hours of coverage. Unfortunately for video we do require at least 5 hours of coverage.
Can you re-edit our Short Film if we don’t like it?
If our clients have a preference on a certain style of wedding video, we’d be happy to discuss prior to the wedding in order to fulfill their vision. It’s not always possible to create the story the way our clients see it if we lack the key elements to craft a story. Unfortunately we do not re-edit once we publish our work.
Do you offer drone shots?
We are drone approved for most venues on Oahu. If there are no weather (high winds/rain) or location restrictions and if there's enough time in the timeline, we usually capture drone footage.
How long does it take before we receive our video?
It takes time to craft a story, find the perfect song, and design the look for every couple. The turnaround time is typically between 4-6 months.

What should we expect on our wedding day?
We typically arrive during the prep/getting ready part of the day and finish some time during open dance. We focus on details that are unique to you and moments between your loved ones. Video is about capturing the flow, so we want you to just relax and enjoy the moment. We will occasionally direct you but for the most part just be in the moment and we’ll be there to capture it.
Do you travel outside of Oahu?
Of course! Most of the popular destination islands we travel to are: Maui, Kauai, and Big Island. We do also travel to the other 49th states, as well as internationally. Travel fee is not included for non-Oahu weddings. Please inquire for additional info.
